GREYSCALE 10 Detail Spray is a versatile, non-ceramic quick detailer designed to add incredible gloss, depth, and shine while safely handling the light contamination that shows up between washes. Use it as the final touch after a detail, as a drying aid after washing, for quick cleanup of fingerprints, bugs, and bird droppings, or even as an emergency waterless wash when a full wash isn’t practical.

Key Features & Benefits

High-Gloss Finishing Spray Adds immediate gloss, depth, and shine to freshly cleaned paint for that final finished appearance before the vehicle leaves the shop or garage.

Non-Ceramic Formula Unlike ceramic-infused detail sprays, GREYSCALE 10 is intentionally non-ceramic, making it an excellent choice when you want cleaning, lubrication, and gloss without adding another ceramic protection layer.

Excellent Drying Aid Use on a wet vehicle during the drying process to add lubrication while helping clean up lingering minerals left behind by water impurities.

Safely Removes Light Contamination Ideal for cleaning dust, light dirt, fingerprints, bugs, and bird droppings without requiring a complete vehicle wash.

Emergency Waterless Wash The highly lubricious formula provides enough lubrication to handle light contamination when access to a traditional wash isn’t practical.

Safe Across Multiple Exterior Surfaces Use on paint, glass, wheels, chrome, grilles, and trim for fast cleanup throughout the vehicle.

Perfect Final Detailing Step Quickly removes fingerprints, light dust, towel marks, and other minor imperfections that can appear during the final stages of a detail.

Adds Depth Without Complicating Your Protection System Enhance the appearance of the vehicle without introducing additional ceramic chemistry when that isn’t desired.

Professional & Enthusiast Friendly Simple enough for routine garage maintenance while versatile enough to earn a permanent place on a professional detailer’s cart.

How to Use

Step 1: Shake the bottle before use.

Step 2: For routine detailing, lightly mist GREYSCALE 10 onto the working area or directly onto a clean microfiber towel.

Step 3: Gently wipe the surface to remove fingerprints, dust, light dirt, or other minor contamination.

Step 4: Flip to a clean, dry side of the towel and buff the surface to a clear, high-gloss finish.

Step 5: When using as a drying aid, lightly apply GREYSCALE 10 to the wet surface during your normal drying process and dry using a clean microfiber drying towel.

Step 6: For bugs, bird droppings, or localized contamination, apply enough product to thoroughly wet the affected area and allow it a moment to soften the contamination before gently wiping it away.

Step 7: When using as an emergency waterless wash, work in small sections and use multiple clean microfiber towels to prevent removed contamination from being dragged across the paint.

Pro Tip: A detail spray is only as safe as the towel and technique you use with it. GREYSCALE 10 provides excellent lubrication, but don’t try to waterless-wash a genuinely dirty vehicle. For heavier contamination, perform a proper wash. Save the waterless method for dust, fingerprints, fresh bugs, bird droppings, and genuinely light dirt.

Why We Love It

At Car Supplies Warehouse, we love GREYSCALE 10 because a good detail spray should be one of the most useful bottles in your cabinet. This isn’t a product that only does one thing. Use it while drying, grab it to remove fingerprints before a customer pickup, clean up a fresh bird dropping in the parking lot, wipe down wheels and chrome at a show, or use it to give clean paint one last boost of gloss. We also like that GREYSCALE intentionally kept it non-ceramic. Not every maintenance product needs SiOthe simplicity makes 10 easy to integrate into virtually any detailing or protection system.

Compatible With / Works Best With

Premium Microfiber Towels Pair GREYSCALE 10 with a clean, plush microfiber towel for quick detailing and light cleaning without unnecessarily marring the finish.

Microfiber Drying Towels Use 10 as a drying aid to add lubrication during towel drying while helping remove lingering mineral residue from the wash process.

Paint, Glass, Wheels & Exterior Trim The versatile formula can move with you around the vehicle instead of requiring a different finishing spray for every exterior surface.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does GREYSCALE 10 contain ceramic or SiO protection?

No. GREYSCALE specifically formulates 10 as a non-ceramic quick detailer. If you’re looking for GREYSCALE’s graphene-ceramic protection and coating maintenance product, choose GREYSCALE 10+ instead.

What’s the difference between GREYSCALE 10 and GREYSCALE 10+?

GREYSCALE 10 is the everyday non-ceramic detail spray designed around cleaning, lubrication, gloss, drying assistance, and versatility. GREYSCALE 10+ adds graphene-ceramic SiO protection and is designed primarily for ceramic coating maintenance or longer-lasting standalone protection.

Can GREYSCALE 10 be used as a drying aid?

Yes. GREYSCALE specifically recommends 10 as a drying aid and notes that it can help clean up lingering minerals from impurities in the rinse water.

Can I use GREYSCALE 10 as a waterless wash?

Yes, for light contamination. The formula is lubricious enough to serve as an emergency waterless wash. A traditionally washed or rinseless-washed vehicle is still the safer choice when significant dirt or gritty contamination is present.

Can GREYSCALE 10 remove bird droppings and bugs?

Yes. GREYSCALE specifically lists bugs and bird droppings among the types of light contamination 10 is formulated to safely remove. Apply enough product to wet and soften the contamination before wiping rather than aggressively scrubbing the surface.

Is GREYSCALE 10 safe on glass?

Yes. GREYSCALE lists glass as one of the surfaces compatible with 10, along with paint, wheels, chrome, grilles, and trim.

Can I use it on wheels?

Yes. It’s an excellent option for removing light dust and fingerprints or giving already-clean wheels a final wipe during the finishing stages of a detail.

Does GREYSCALE 10 leave protection behind?

GREYSCALE positions 10 primarily as a non-ceramic detail spray focused on cleaning, lubrication, gloss, depth, and shine rather than as a durable paint protection product. For longer-lasting protection, GREYSCALE 10+ is the appropriate step up.
