3D POXY is a premium hybrid car wax and paint sealant that combines natural Montan wax with advanced synthetic polymers to deliver deep gloss, slickness, and durable paint protection. Designed for well-maintained and newer vehicles, POXY creates a smooth protective barrier that enhances the appearance of your paint while helping defend it against everyday environmental exposure.

Key Features & Benefits

Montan Wax + Synthetic Polymer Protection Combines the rich appearance of a premium wax with the added durability and protective qualities of modern synthetic polymers.

Deep, High-Gloss Finish Enhances paint with a rich, wet-looking shine and exceptionally slick surface that’s ideal for finishing a complete detail.

Durable Paint Protection Creates a protective barrier with excellent resistance to heat, environmental contamination, and chemical exposure.

Extremely Slick Finish Leaves the surface smooth and slippery, helping reduce friction during subsequent washes and making routine maintenance easier.

Non-Staining Formula Unlike many traditional waxes, POXY is formulated not to stain unpainted plastic trim, helping eliminate the chalky white residue associated with some conventional wax products.

Easy Application & Removal Spreads smoothly and buffs off easily without leaving behind a sticky or difficult-to-remove residue.

Apply by Hand or Machine Works equally well with a traditional applicator or dual-action polisher, making it suitable for enthusiasts and high-volume professional detailers alike.

Made in the USA Manufactured by 3D Car Care in the United States.

How to Use

Step 1: Wash and thoroughly dry the vehicle. For best results, decontaminate and polish the paint as necessary before applying protection.

Step 2: Shake the product before use.

Step 3: Apply a small amount of 3D POXY to a foam or microfiber applicator. For machine application, use a clean finishing or waxing pad on a dual-action polisher.

Step 4: Spread a thin, even layer across the painted surface. Work one section or panel at a time to ensure consistent coverage.

Step 5: Allow the product to set before buffing away the residue with a clean, plush microfiber towel.

Step 6: Inspect the surface for complete removal and enjoy the deep gloss and slick finish.

Pro Tip: More product doesn’t mean more protection. Apply POXY in a thin, uniform layer. You’ll use less product, removal will be easier, and you’ll still achieve the gloss and protection you’re looking for.

Why We Love It

“We love 3D POXY because it gives you the rich, glossy appearance people love about a traditional wax without giving up the convenience and added protection of a modern synthetic sealant. It’s incredibly easy to work with, leaves the paint noticeably slick, and the non-staining formula means you don’t have to spend the rest of the detail cleaning dried wax out of textured plastic trim. For customers who still love the look and feel of a great wax but want something more advanced, POXY hits a really nice sweet spot.”

Frequently Asked Questions

Is 3D POXY a wax or a paint sealant?

It’s both. POXY is a hybrid formula combining Montan wax with synthetic polymers, giving you the gloss and slickness associated with a premium wax along with the added protection of a synthetic paint sealant.

Can 3D POXY be applied with a polisher?

Yes. POXY can be applied by hand or with a machine. A dual-action polisher equipped with a soft finishing or waxing pad makes it especially easy to spread a thin, consistent layer across larger vehicles.

Will POXY stain black plastic trim?

POXY features a non-staining formula designed to avoid the unsightly white residue and discoloration that some traditional waxes can leave on unpainted plastic components.

Is POXY good for a brand-new vehicle?

Yes. 3D specifically recommends POXY for new vehicles as well as vehicles that are already well maintained. If the paint is contaminated or has defects, decontamination and paint correction should be completed before application.

Can I use POXY after polishing the vehicle?

Absolutely. In fact, applying POXY to properly cleaned and polished paint is an excellent way to maximize its gloss and leave behind a slick protective finish.
