Key Features and Innovations:

1. Cordless Flexibility for Enhanced Mobility:

The cordless design of the iBrid HLR21 eliminates the need for power cords, offering:

• Unrestricted movement: Work around the vehicle without worrying about cord entanglement or dragging across paint surfaces, reducing the risk of scratches or damage.
• Ideal for mobile detailers: Perfect for professionals who operate in remote locations or areas where power outlets are limited.
• Polish in tight spaces: The cordless design allows for greater maneuverability, particularly when working on hard-to-reach areas like door jambs, bumpers, or complex body contours.

2. 21mm Throw for Fast and Efficient Correction:

The 21mm orbit of the iBrid HLR21 makes it one of the most powerful dual-action polishers in the industry, allowing users to:

• Maximize surface coverage: The large throw increases the efficiency of paint correction by covering more surface area per pass, reducing the overall time required to achieve results.
• Remove deep defects with fewer passes: The 21mm orbit is ideal for heavy paint correction tasks, such as eliminating deep swirls, scratches, oxidation, and other severe imperfections.
• Perfect for large panels: This polisher excels on large surfaces like hoods, roofs, and doors, making it ideal for full-vehicle corrections.

3. High-Efficiency Brushless Motor:

The brushless motor in the iBrid HLR21 is engineered to deliver top-tier performance with less wear and tear, offering:

• Longer tool life: The brushless design reduces heat generation and friction, extending the lifespan of the motor and ensuring consistent performance.
• Energy efficiency: By minimizing energy loss through friction, the motor conserves battery life, allowing for longer use between charges.
• Quiet operation: Brushless motors operate more quietly than traditional motors, enhancing the users experience and creating a less disruptive working environment.

4. Ergonomic Design for User Comfort:

The ergonomic design of the iBrid HLR21 ensures comfort during extended use, featuring:

• Compact, lightweight body: This lightweight polisher reduces arm and hand fatigue, allowing for longer working sessions without strain.
• Rubberized grips for secure handling: Provides a comfortable and secure grip, even when polishing vertical or angled surfaces, enhancing control and precision.
• Intuitive controls: The speed dial and trigger are conveniently located, allowing users to make on-the-fly adjustments without interrupting their workflow.

5. Long-Lasting Battery and Quick Charging:

The advanced battery system of the iBrid HLR21 provides long-lasting performance with features that include:

• Extended runtime: The high-capacity battery ensures consistent power delivery for longer polishing sessions, reducing downtime and increasing productivity.
• Quick-swap capability: With additional batteries (sold separately), users can quickly swap out batteries to continue polishing while the other charges, ensuring uninterrupted operation.
• Fast charging system: The quick charger recharges batteries efficiently, minimizing downtime between sessions.

6. Advanced Cooling System:

The ventilation system in the iBrid HLR21 is designed to optimize airflow and cooling, which:

• Reduces heat buildup: By keeping the motor cool, the system prevents overheating during prolonged polishing sessions, ensuring smooth operation and extending tool life.
• Protects the surface: Lower heat generation ensures that sensitive surfaces, such as freshly painted or delicate finishes, are not damaged by excessive heat.

Industry-Specific Benefits:

For Automotive Detailers:

• Faster Paint Correction: The 21mm throw and cordless design make the iBrid HLR21 perfect for professionals who need to cover large surface areas efficiently without sacrificing precision. It handles heavy defect removal quickly while maintaining an excellent finishing capability.
• Reduced Fatigue: The ergonomic design and cordless freedom allow for comfortable operation, especially when working on vertical panels or around intricate vehicle parts. This reduces arm strain and increases overall productivity.
• Ideal for Mobile Detailing: The cordless functionality is perfect for mobile detailers or professionals who operate in locations without reliable power sources. The long battery life ensures extended operation in any environment.

For Film Installers (PPF and Vinyl):

• Flawless Surface Preparation: The iBrid HLR21 ensures that surfaces are perfectly smooth and defect-free before applying PPF or vinyl wraps, enhancing the quality of film adhesion and reducing the risk of bubbles or imperfections.
• No Cord Interference: Without cords to manage, film installers can work with greater focus and control, especially in tight or delicate areas where corded tools can become cumbersome.
• Lower Surface Temperatures: The advanced cooling system ensures that surfaces stay cooler, reducing the risk of adhesive failure or damage to the film during surface prep.

Noise Reduction and User Comfort:

• Quieter Operation: The brushless motor design operates with reduced noise, making the iBrid HLR21 quieter than many traditional polishers. This improves the working environment, especially in indoor or shared spaces.
• Reduced Vibrations: The polishers design minimizes vibrations, providing a smoother, more comfortable experience for the user. This leads to better control and precision, especially during long polishing sessions or when working on intricate surfaces.
• Easy to Maneuver: The cordless nature of the iBrid HLR21 makes it incredibly easy to maneuver, allowing users to polish around curves, edges, and difficult-to-reach areas with minimal effort.

Extended Tool Life and Efficiency:

• Brushless Motor Durability: The brushless motor ensures minimal wear over time, contributing to the tools longevity and reducing the need for frequent maintenance.
• Quick Battery Swapping: With an easy battery swap system, detailers can keep working without waiting for the battery to recharge, making the iBrid HLR21 an excellent tool for busy shops or mobile services.
• Energy-Efficient Operation: By reducing friction and heat, the iBrid HLR21 ensures more energy is focused on actual polishing rather than dissipating through inefficient motor components.
