The RUPES Skorpio III RH323 is a professional-grade pneumatic random orbital palm sander designed for ultra-smooth finishing applications. Featuring a 3mm orbit, lightweight construction, and industry-leading low vibration design, the RH323 is ideal for fine sanding, paint preparation, blending work, and finishing surfaces before paint, coatings, or polishing. The non-vacuum design makes it a simple and reliable solution for body shops, paint professionals, and restoration specialists.

Key Features & Benefits

3mm Orbit for Fine Finishing Applications The 3mm orbit is specifically designed for finishing work using P320 grit and finer abrasives, creating a smooth, uniform surface ready for paint or coatings.

Exceptionally Low Vibration Design Internal component balancing dramatically reduces vibration, improving operator comfort and reducing fatigue during extended sanding sessions.

Quietest Sander In Its Class The Skorpio III platform was engineered to provide outstanding performance while operating with significantly lower noise levels than many competing pneumatic sanders.

Ultra-Lightweight Construction Weighing only 0.8kg (1.76 lbs), the RH323 is easy to maneuver on vertical panels, complex contours, and extended projects.

Ergonomic Palm Grip Design Anti-slip rubber overmolding improves comfort and control while reducing hand fatigue during repetitive sanding operations.

Professional Pneumatic Performance Built for production environments, body shops, and refinishing professionals who demand consistent performance and long-term reliability.

Double Row Bearing System Improves durability, smoothness, and service life in high-volume sanding environments.

How to Use

Step 1:

Connect the RH323 to a compressed air system capable of maintaining 90 PSI operating pressure.

Step 2:

Install a compatible 5″ hook-and-loop sanding disc.

Step 3:

Select the appropriate abrasive grit based on the sanding application.

Step 4:

Use light, even pressure while making overlapping passes across the surface.

Step 5:

Inspect the finish and progress through finer grits as needed.

Pro Tip:

The RH323 performs exceptionally well for final sanding stages before paint application. For the most uniform finish, use quality abrasives in the P320-P800 range and maintain consistent air pressure throughout the sanding process.

Why We Love It

At Car Supplies Warehouse, we love the RH323 because it’s purpose-built for precision finishing work. While larger orbit sanders excel at material removal, the 3mm orbit on the RH323 creates an incredibly refined surface that’s perfect for paint preparation and blending. Combined with its ultra-low vibration design and lightweight feel, it’s one of the easiest pneumatic sanders to use all day in a production environment.
