We require a $2,000 core charge for custom ModelX dash trim.The core charge is refunded to you when we receive your8 basic factory wood panels (2 on the driver side, 1 on the passenger side, 1 cup holder, 2 front door, and 2 rear door).

Here’s how the Core Exchange Fee & Return Policy works: Thedash panels you are purchasing contains a component that is reusable. When your original dash panel is returned to us, the Core Exchange Fee is refunded to you. Your originaldash panels must be shipped back to us no later than 2weeks after receipt of your dash panels, or you agree to forfeit the Core Exchange Fee.

Your core must be in like new condition with no visible damage, scratches or imperfections. Upon receipt of your core, we will inspect to ensure it is like new. If not, the core will be returned to you and you will not be eligible for the $2,000core refund.
