The BFGoodrich Advantage Control is a premium grand touring all-season tire engineered for confident year-round performance in sedans, coupes, crossovers, and SUVs. Designed with the modern driver in mind, this tire delivers an outstanding balance of comfort, control, longevity, and all-weather capability that makes it an excellent choice for daily commuting, highway cruising, and longer road trips alike.

At the heart of the Advantage Control lies advanced silica-infused compounds that provide excellent wet braking and consistent all-weather grip. These compounds work together with Aqua-Flume grooves to efficiently channel water away from the tread, significantly reducing the risk of hydroplaning and delivering shorter stopping distances on wet roads. Meanwhile, g-Wedge Sidewall Stabilizers enhance steering precision and overall ride comfort, giving drivers a more connected and planted feel behind the wheel, even when navigating corners or changing lanes at highway speeds.

The computer-optimized tread design plays a crucial role in minimizing road noise, resulting in a noticeably quieter and more peaceful driving experience. This refinement is particularly appreciated during long drives where cabin comfort becomes a priority. Whether youre traveling with family, commuting through city traffic, or embarking on a cross-country adventure, the Advantage Control helps create a serene environment inside your vehicle.

With long warranties reaching up to 75,000 miles, this tire stands out for its outstanding longevity and exceptional value. The durable construction and even-wear characteristics mean you can count on reliable performance for many miles ahead, reducing the frequency of tire replacements and lowering overall ownership costs. This makes the Advantage Control a smart, practical investment for budget-conscious drivers who refuse to compromise on quality and safety.

Its efficiency-focused design also supports use as an EV tire or Tesla tire, contributing to battery range optimization through favorable low rolling resistance properties. For electric vehicle owners, this translates to extended driving range per charge, smoother power delivery, and better overall energy efficiency. The tires construction effectively manages the unique demands of electric vehicles, including the additional weight of battery packs and the strong instant torque handling required during acceleration. Many owners of electric crossovers and sedans find the Advantage Control to be an ideal EV replacement tire that maintains comfort while supporting the specific performance characteristics of modern electric drivetrains.

Beyond its technical strengths, the BFGoodrich Advantage Control excels in real-world driving scenarios. It provides reliable handling in varying conditions from dry summer pavement to rainy spring mornings and light winter snow. The tires all-season capabilities, combined with its refined ride quality, make it a versatile performer that adapts seamlessly to changing weather and road surfaces. Drivers consistently report high levels of confidence thanks to its predictable steering response and strong braking performance across different temperatures.

Whether you drive a family sedan, a sporty coupe, a comfortable crossover, or a midsize SUV, the Advantage Control delivers the peace of mind that comes with premium engineering. Backed by BFGoodrichs long-standing reputation for quality and innovation, this tire represents a thoughtful blend of comfort, durability, safety, and efficiency.

Choose the BFGoodrich Advantage Control when you want a tire that works as hard as you do offering quiet comfort for everyday driving, confident all-weather traction when conditions change, and the efficiency benefits that matter most to electric vehicle drivers. Experience the perfect combination of performance and practicality with every mile.

Replacing stock tires on OEM Tesla wheels

Stock Tesla Tire Replacement and Maintenance
OEM Tesla tires are designed and manufactured to optimize performance, safety, reliability and durability. Naturally, due to normal usage and aging, tires degrade over time from the effects of ultraviolet light, extreme temperatures, loading and environmental exposure. T Sportline recommends replacing OEM Tesla tires exclusively with exact replacements. T Sportline Tesla factory replacement tire listings include, but are not limited to replacement OEM-spec Tesla factory tires.
Recommended Tesla Tire Rotation
T Sportline recommends rotating your tires every 6,250 miles or sooner if tread depth varies between any of the 4 tires by 2/32 in or greater. Aggressive driving or harsh environments can lead to premature tire wear and may require more frequent tire inspection. Unbalanced and misaligned wheels affect ride quality, vehicle handling, tire life and driveline component longevity. Tesla lug nuts are 21mm socket heads and must be torqued to 129 ft-lbs / 175 Nm

Maintaining Proper Tire Pressures on Teslas
T Sportline recommends keeping tires inflated to the pressures shown on the Tesla Tire and Loading Information label, even if it differs from the pressure printed on the tire itself. The Tire and Loading Information label is located midway up on the center door pillar and is visible when the drivers door is open. T Sportline’s recommended Tesla Tire inflator is HERE.

Checking and Adjusting Tesla Tire Pressure

When your Tesla has been stationary and out of direct sunlight for over three hours:

• Remove the tire air valve stem cap (unscrew cap by hand).
• Firmly press a tire pressure gauge onto the valve stem tip to measure pressure (a small amount of air will escape during measurement, which is normal).
• Compare reading to Tesla Tire Pressure specification (found on the Tire and Loading Information label located midway up on the center door pillar, visible only when the drivers door is open), add or remove air to match the recommended pressure. Reduce pressure by pressing the metal pin in the center of the valve. Increase pressure using an appropriate tire inflator pump or compressed air source.
• Re-check pressure using the tire pressure gauge.
• Re-install the valve stem cap (hand tighten)
• Important note: Under-inflation is the most common cause of tire failures and can cause a tire to overheat, resulting in severe tire cracking, tread separation, or blowout, which causes unexpected loss of car control and increased risk of injury. Under-inflation also reduces the car’s range and tire tread life.
• Tesla TPMS sensors require driving for a short period of time before updated pressure readings are recorded accurately. Expect TPMS readings to reflect accurate tire pressure readings after driving 5 miles.

Factors impacting tire pressure readings:

• Ambient temperature – Air pressure increases in heat and decreases in cold.
• Tire temperature Tires warm up during use.
• Sunlight directly sunlight will increase tire temperature and thereby tire pressure.
