Uses:

• Severe Defect Removal: Ideal for eliminating deep scratches, heavy swirl marks, oxidation, and sanding marks from all types of automotive paint.
• Clear Coat Correction: Excellent for correcting hard, scratch-resistant clear coats, making it a go-to product for difficult paint correction jobs.
• Preparation for Final Polishing: After heavy defect removal, H9.02 leaves the surface ready for refinement with a medium or fine polishing compound to achieve a flawless finish.

How to Use:

1. Preparation:

   • Ensure the vehicle is clean and free of dust and debris before starting the polishing process.
   • Shake the bottle well before use.
   • Apply a small amount of KOCH CHEMIE Heavy Cut H9.02 to a foam or wool cutting pad.

2. Application:

   • Spread the compound evenly over a small section of the vehicles surface (2′ x 2′ area).
   • Using a rotary or dual-action polisher, start at a low speed to spread the product evenly across the area.
   • Gradually increase the speed, applying moderate pressure to correct the paint defects. Work the product until it becomes translucent, indicating that it has broken down.
   • Frequently inspect your work and wipe off any residue with a clean microfiber towel to check the results.

3. Wipe Off:

   • Once youve achieved the desired level of correction, wipe the area clean with a soft microfiber towel to remove any remaining residue.
   • Inspect the paint surface to ensure all defects have been removed.

4. Finish with a Polish:

   • After using H9.02, follow up with a finer polish, such as Koch Chemie Micro Cut M3.02 or Koch Chemie One Cut & Finish P6.01, to refine the surface and achieve a high-gloss finish.

Pro Tips:

• Pad Selection: For the most aggressive correction, pair H9.02 with a wool or heavy foam cutting pad. For less severe defects, use a medium foam pad to balance cutting and finishing.
• Work in Small Sections: Always work on small sections of the vehicle to ensure even correction and avoid overworking the product.
• Check Your Work: Regularly inspect the surface under different lighting conditions to ensure youve achieved the desired level of correction.
