The GX 550 sits a step above the trucks it shares a price bracket with, and this system is engineered to match. A full T304L stainless cat-back replacement built to give the twin-turbo V6 a deeper, fuller voice without costing the platform its character or refinement. The resonated centre section does the tuning work, so the GX stays composed at highway speed and hardens up under load.

Key Features

• Improved Flow: 2.5in (63.5mm) mandrel-bent tubing for consistent, unrestricted gas flow.
• Refined Sound: resonated centre section tuned to add depth and body without highway drone.
• Premium Materials: T304L stainless steel for long-term corrosion resistance.
• Purpose-Built Sections: dedicated front, centre, over-axle and rear pipework engineered around the GX 550 chassis and the OE hanger locations.
• Dual GT-100 Tips: 100mm tips in Polished finish, available across the full Milltek tip range.
• Direct Fit: bolt-on replacement using OE hangers and mounting points, no cutting required.
• Off-Road Option: a high clearance configuration is available separately, tucking the exhaust higher under the vehicle for GX 550s that spend time off pavement.
