The NextLED NT-V3505 Professional Coating Application Light is purpose-built for ceramic coating installations, paint correction, and surface inspections. Featuring a CRI 95+ 4000K LED, detachable diffuser, and 1,000-lumen output, it helps detailers easily identify high spots, streaks, swirls, and imperfections that standard work lights often miss.

Key Features & Benefits

CRI 95+ Color Accuracy The high Color Rendering Index (CRI 95+) and 4000K color temperature closely replicate natural sunlight, allowing you to accurately inspect paint, ceramic coatings, and clear coat finishes.

Detachable Diffuser for Better Coating Visibility The magnetic diffuser increases the illuminated area by approximately 33%, softening the light while reducing harsh reflections. This makes spotting ceramic coating high spots, streaks, and uneven application much easier.

Powerful 1,000 Lumen Output Choose between High and Low brightness settings depending on your application. Whether you’re applying a ceramic coating, polishing paint, or performing a final inspection, you’ll have the perfect amount of light.

Hands-Free Magnetic Mount & Hanging Hook A built-in magnetic base and flip-up hanging hook allow you to mount the light almost anywhere around your work area, keeping both hands free while you work.

Rechargeable & Shop Ready Powered by a 4400mAh rechargeable lithium-ion battery with USB-C charging, the NT-V3505 delivers up to 4 hours of continuous operation and features an integrated battery level indicator.

Durable IP54 Construction Built with a rugged rubber-coated ABS housing that’s resistant to dust and water, making it ideal for professional detailing shops and garages.

How to Use

Step 1: Fully charge the light using the included USB-C charging cable.

Step 2: Remove or install the diffuser depending on your application. Use the diffuser for ceramic coating inspections and remove it when maximum brightness is desired.

Step 3: Select High or Low brightness.

Step 4: Hold the light by hand or attach it to a metal surface using the integrated magnet, or hang it using the fold-out hook.

Step 5: Slowly move the light across the panel while inspecting for high spots, streaking, swirls, sanding marks, or polishing defects.

Pro Tip: During ceramic coating installations, use the diffuser and hold the light at a low angle across the paint. This creates a softer light pattern that makes high spots and uneven coating application much easier to identify before the coating cures.

Why We Love It

At Car Supplies Warehouse, we love the NextLED NT-V3505 because it was designed specifically for ceramic coating installers instead of simply being another bright work light. The 4000K color temperature combined with the CRI 95+ output provides excellent paint clarity, while the detachable diffuser dramatically improves your ability to spot coating high spots before they become permanent. Whether you’re applying coatings, polishing paint, or performing final quality inspections, this is one of those lights that quickly becomes an essential part of your detailing setup.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why is a CRI 95+ light important for detailing?

A high CRI light reproduces colors much more accurately than standard shop lights, making it significantly easier to identify swirls, holograms, coating high spots, polishing haze, and paint imperfections.

When should I use the diffuser?

The diffuser is ideal during ceramic coating installation because it softens the light, reduces glare, and expands the illuminated area, making streaks and high spots much easier to detect.

Can this light be used for paint correction inspections?

Absolutely. The NT-V3505 is an excellent inspection light for polishing, paint correction, color matching, final wipe-downs, and ceramic coating applications.
