PRE-MUFFLER ASSEMBLY KTM DUKE 250/390 BS4

The Pre-Muffler Assemblyalso commonly referred to as a mid-pipe, underbelly chamber, or catalytic pre-muffleris an essential component of the exhaust system for KTM Duke 250 and Duke 390 (BS4) motorcycles. This part is engineered to regulate exhaust flow before it reaches the main silencer, ensuring smoother engine performance and optimum combustion efficiency.Crafted using heavy-grade, heat-resistant stainless steel, the pre-muffler is built to withstand extreme temperatures and long-term usage. It effectively controls back-pressure, helping the engine maintain the right exhaust balance, which results in better throttle response, reduced vibrations, and improved fuel efficiency. This component also helps minimize harsh exhaust noise, giving the bike a more refined sound output without compromising power delivery. With precise factory-style fitment, the assembly installs easily without requiring any drilling, welding, or additional modifications. Designed specifically for KTM Duke 250 BS4 and KTM Duke 390 BS4, it ensures perfect compatibility and long-lasting performance even under daily riding conditions.
