Key Features and Innovations:

1. Cordless Design for Maximum Mobility:

The iBrid HLR15s cordless operation eliminates the limitations of traditional polishers, allowing detailers to:

• Move freely around the vehicle: Without a cord, theres no risk of tangling or getting caught on obstacles, making it easier to work on all sides of the vehicle.
• Polish in tight or awkward spaces: The cordless design makes it ideal for working on detailed areas such as door jambs, around mirrors, and under spoilers where corded tools would be cumbersome.
• Go anywhere: Perfect for mobile detailers or those working in environments where access to power outlets is limited.

2. 15mm Dual-Action Orbit:

The 15mm throw provides the perfect balance between cutting power and finishing ability. This size is ideal for:

• Effective paint correction: The large orbit allows for fast removal of defects such as swirl marks, scratches, and oxidation while still maintaining a high level of control.
• Smooth finishing: Even with its correcting power, the iBrid HLR15 can finish down to a flawless, hologram-free surface, reducing the need for multiple polishing steps.
• Ideal for small to medium panels: The 15mm orbit size ensures versatility in working on various panel sizes, from tight spaces to broader areas like hoods and doors.

3. High-Efficiency Brushless Motor:

The brushless motor is designed for superior efficiency and longevity, offering:

• Reduced heat and wear: Brushless motors generate less heat and experience less wear compared to brushed motors, increasing the tools lifespan.
• Consistent performance: The motor provides consistent speed and torque, regardless of the load, ensuring smooth and efficient polishing even on challenging surfaces.
• Energy efficiency: With the reduced friction of a brushless design, the motor conserves battery power, allowing for longer polishing sessions on a single charge.

4. Ergonomic Design for Comfort and Control:

The iBrid HLR15 is designed with the user in mind, featuring:

• Compact, lightweight body: The lightweight design allows for easy maneuvering and reduces arm fatigue, especially when polishing vertical panels or intricate areas.
• Rubberized hand grips: Ensures a secure and comfortable grip during use, even during extended polishing sessions.
• Intuitive control layout: The polishers speed control dial and trigger are positioned for easy, precise adjustments on the fly, enhancing control and ease of use.

5. Long Battery Life and Quick Charging:

The iBrid HLR15 features a long-lasting battery that delivers consistent power for extended periods, allowing detailers to:

• Polish for longer periods: The efficient battery system ensures uninterrupted work, reducing downtime and boosting productivity.
• Quick-swap battery system: With an extra battery (sold separately), you can easily swap out batteries to continue working while the other charges, ensuring continuous operation without delays.
• Fast charging: The advanced charging system quickly recharges the battery, so you can get back to work faster.

6. Advanced Cooling System:

The iBrid HLR15 incorporates an advanced cooling system that:

• Reduces heat buildup: Prevents overheating during prolonged use, protecting both the tool and the surface being polished.
• Enhances motor longevity: By maintaining an optimal operating temperature, the cooling system ensures the motor operates efficiently for longer periods without performance loss.
• Protects sensitive surfaces: The cooling system helps to maintain lower surface temperatures, reducing the risk of heat damage to paint or film.

Industry-Specific Benefits:

For Automotive Detailers:

• Ultimate Flexibility for Paint Correction: The cordless design allows detailers to easily move around vehicles without the constraints of cords, especially when working on detailed areas like bumpers, door jambs, or tight curves.
• Versatility Across Paint Correction Stages: With its 15mm throw, the iBrid HLR15 can handle everything from heavy defect removal to final finishing, making it the go-to tool for multi-stage correction processes.
• Reduced Fatigue: The lightweight and ergonomic design reduces hand and arm strain, allowing detailers to work longer without discomfort, improving both productivity and precision.
• Efficient for Mobile Detailing: For detailers working on the go, the cordless iBrid HLR15 offers unmatched convenience and performance, making it ideal for mobile detailing services.

For Film Installers (PPF and Vinyl):

• Perfect Surface Prep: Before installing PPF or vinyl wraps, achieving a flawless surface is critical. The iBrid HLR15 allows film installers to move freely around the vehicle, polishing every corner and curve to ensure a smooth, contaminant-free surface.
• No Risk of Cord Interference: With no cords to worry about, film installers can focus solely on the application process without the risk of cords catching or damaging the film during polishing.
• Low Heat Generation: The advanced cooling system ensures the surface temperature remains low, reducing the risk of adhesive failure due to heat buildup during polishing.

Noise Reduction and User Comfort:

• Quieter Operation: The brushless motor not only enhances efficiency but also operates at a lower noise level, making it more comfortable for users and reducing noise pollution in the workspace.
• Lower Vibrations: The ergonomic design and advanced motor technology reduce vibrations, minimizing hand and arm fatigue, and ensuring a more controlled polishing experience, particularly on intricate surfaces.
• Easy Maneuverability: The compact and cordless nature of the iBrid HLR15 makes it easy to maneuver around tight spaces and complex curves, making it ideal for professional detailers who need precise control.

Extended Tool Life and Efficiency:

• Brushless Motor Durability: The brushless motor design ensures that the iBrid HLR15 experiences minimal wear over time, making it more reliable and requiring less maintenance.
• Long Battery Life: The high-efficiency motor maximizes battery life, ensuring the polisher runs longer on a single charge and reducing the need for frequent battery changes.
• Quick Battery Swapping: With the option to swap batteries easily, detailers can work continuously without waiting for a charge, improving workflow efficiency.
