The RUPES BigFoot LHR75 Pneumatic Mini Polisher is a compact, air-powered random orbital polisher engineered for spot repairs, intricate body lines, mirrors, pillars, bumpers, and other hard-to-reach areas. Featuring a powerful 15mm orbit and lightweight pneumatic design, the LHR75 delivers exceptional correction power and finishing ability while remaining incredibly maneuverable for precision detailing work.

Key Features & Benefits

15mm Random Orbital Movement The large 15mm orbit provides significantly more correction power than most mini polishers, helping remove defects faster while maintaining a smooth finish.

Compact 3-Inch Platform The 75mm (3″) backing plate allows easy access to mirrors, bumpers, A-pillars, spoilers, motorcycle parts, door jambs, and other tight areas where larger polishers struggle.

High-Torque Pneumatic Motor The efficient air-powered motor delivers impressive power while reducing overall tool weight, making it ideal for extended polishing sessions.

Lightweight & Ergonomic Design Designed for all-day professional use with an ergonomic throttle lever and balanced body that minimizes operator fatigue.

Low Noise Air Outlet System Features a specially engineered air exhaust silencer designed to reduce operating noise without sacrificing performance.

Smooth BigFoot Performance Despite its compact size and aggressive orbit, the LHR75 remains remarkably smooth when paired with the correct RUPES pads and compounds.

Ideal for Spot Repair Applications Excellent for removing sanding marks, refining localized defects, polishing tight contours, and correcting complex curves.

How to Use

Step 1:

Connect the LHR75 to a properly sized air compressor capable of maintaining consistent airflow.

Step 2:

Install a compatible 3″ backing plate pad combination and choose the appropriate compound or polish.

Step 3:

Apply product evenly to the pad and spread across the work area before increasing speed.

Step 4:

Use slow overlapping passes while allowing the machine’s random orbital movement to do the work.

Step 5:

Wipe away residue and inspect the finish before moving to a finer polishing step if necessary.

Pro Tip:

The LHR75 excels at correcting areas that larger polishers can’t safely access. Keep one loaded with a cutting pad and another with a finishing pad to dramatically speed up spot repair and multi-stage correction work.

Why We Love It

At Car Supplies Warehouse, we love the LHR75 Pneumatic because it’s one of the most capable mini polishers ever built. Many small polishers sacrifice correction power for compact size, but the LHR75 does the opposite. The aggressive 15mm orbit delivers surprisingly fast defect removal while maintaining the safety and finish quality detailers expect from a BigFoot machine. If you’re working around mirrors, pillars, bumpers, motorcycles, or complex body shapes, this tool quickly becomes indispensable.
