How to Use JESCAR Correcting Compound:

1. Surface Preparation:

   • Before using JESCAR Correcting Compound, thoroughly wash and decontaminate the vehicles surface to remove any dirt, grime, or contaminants.
   • For best results, clay bar the surface to eliminate any embedded particles that could interfere with the polishing process.

2. Polishing:

   • Apply a small amount of JESCAR Correcting Compound to a foam or microfiber cutting pad.
   • Spread the compound over a small section of the vehicle (approximately 2’x2′) to ensure even coverage.
   • Using a rotary or dual-action polisher, work the compound into the surface with moderate pressure.
   • Gradually increase the speed of the machine until the abrasives break down, polishing the surface until the imperfections are removed.

3. Wipe and Inspect:

   • After polishing, wipe off any remaining residue using a clean, soft microfiber towel.
   • Inspect the area under proper lighting to ensure that scratches, swirls, and defects have been removed.
   • If necessary, repeat the process on stubborn imperfections or move on to the next section.

4. Finishing (Optional):

   • Depending on the condition of the paint and the desired level of gloss, you may choose to follow up with a finishing polish like JESCAR Micro Finishing Polish to achieve the ultimate high-gloss finish.

Recommended Uses:

• Heavy Paint Correction: Perfect for removing deep scratches, heavy swirl marks, oxidation, and other serious paint defects.
• After Sanding: Effectively eliminates sanding marks up to 1,200 grit for a smooth and uniform finish.
• Clear Coat and Gel Coat: Safe for use on clear coats, single-stage paints, and even marine gel coats, making it highly versatile.
