The CANchecked ANC04 Compatible Harness for Analog Sensors provides a clean and professional solution for connecting multiple analog sensors directly to CANchecked multifunction displays. Designed specifically for use with the CANchecked MFD15, MFD28, and MFD32 display platforms, the ANC04 simplifies sensor integration by eliminating the need for custom wiring, connector crimping, or complex installation procedures.

Supporting up to four analog sensors simultaneously, the ANC04 harness is fully compatible with CANchecked’s sensor lineup including the NTC01 temperature sensor, TCC01 Type-K exhaust gas temperature converter, FLP01 pressure sensor for liquid media, and BST10 boost pressure sensor. Professionally pre-crimped terminals and a standardized wiring layout allow for straightforward installation while maintaining reliable signal quality throughout the system.

With a 300cm overall length, the ANC04 provides ample flexibility for routing through a variety of vehicle configurations, making it suitable for street vehicles, track cars, race applications, and custom motorsport builds. Individually insulated conductors and consistent color coding help ensure an organized installation while simplifying future service and troubleshooting.

Technical Overview

• If our defined wiring scheme is followed, the following sensors work right out of the box:
  • NTC01 (NTC temperature sensor)
  • TCC01 (Type-K exhaust gas temperature converter)
  • FLP01 (pressure sensor for liquid media)
  • BST10 (boost pressure sensor)
• Simply insert the pins into the supplied mating connector, plug the wiring harness into the display, assign the corresponding widgets on the display-and you’re ready for the road
• The ANC04 must be pinned both at the display and at the sensor mating connectors
